process builder scheduled actions not firing correctly

Question

Hey guys,

This is driving me nuts.

I don't understand why process builder fires the scheduled action up, when Status = Documents Received although the criteria node is Status = Documents Requested.

See the logic below:

I checked already other separated process builders and workflow rules as well, and they don't interfere.

Nicco looks like the logic checks for the Status to be "New"

Then, on the update and auto close, perhaps the tick for "No Criteria - just update the records" is causing the issue but I am unsure.

Hi Niccolo,   Your criteria states the status needs to be New, not Documents Received. The action changes it to Documents Received though
