We are currently using the Salesforce add-in for Outlook and are loving the ability to import new Contacts as Leads. Right now, we are manually converting them to Contacts, but 1 of my users experiences strange error messages.
Can anyone help me untangle what this means?
"Error: Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id NUMBER HERE; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACIVATE_ENTITY, npsp:TDTM_Account:execution of AfterUpdate caused by: System.SmlException: Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id NUMBER HERE; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, Use one of these records?:[ ] (npsp) [ ]"
Is this telling me that it could not activate the contact and the account is a duplicate?
Both the Contact and the Account in this case are not duplicates. Wondering why my user keeps getting these errors.
