Hi Tanaya,
Correct, using Gmail. I use the Lightning extension to log and track my emails, and the extension used to launch and populate immediately after sending. This no longer fucntctions in this way, therefore I need to remind myself to manually go into the extension to log my emails. Hope that helps clairfy. Thank you! - Tom
