Hi Romain, the best solution is:

Step: 1: Create new Data extension and add loyalty points (reward points w.r.t each country/locale), Why i have taken country /locale is " each country/locale has it's different own point system. in your DE, add subscriber key, Min points, max points, country, locale

Step: 2: Build an HTML email template --> and drag and drop content block and write an AMPScript based on user locale/country, so simple..:-)
