Wondering why when I create filters in Accounts they are also created in my coworker's Accounts and they are unable to remove them. I'm thinking it has somthing to do with the way my user profile is set up, I can't figure it out.
I appreciate anyone's help, thank you!

Users without Customize Application or Manage Public List View permission can still create their own private List Views (without breaking anything or stepping on anyones toes)
As an Admin you need to be mindful of this
