Am currently baffled by this Contact Support Form functionality in Salesforce Community.
I added help text/ tooltip to the Subject, Case Category and Description fields in my Form which I am able to see when I access the form directly from Setup ===> All Communities ===> form url.
However, the help text/ tooltip disappears when I access the form url in incognito mode in my browser. Attached are screenshots of the differences. Will appreciate some help in this! Thanks.

I had a quick check but didnt see any product idea on this, perhaps have a proper look and if not there create one? https://success.salesforce.com/ideaSearch then promote it
