Need help with building this process builder flow for Order object
I created an action node to send a custom notification when the stage is moved to back-order.
The action fires as intended when stage is moved to back-order. However, subsequent record change (stage is still at back-order) continues to send notifications.
Is there a way (a formula perhaps) that only sends the custom notification once when stage is moved to back-order and not when stage is at back-order?

You just have to do that add one more criteria in which you will check whether field is change or not.
So you can check this with ISCHANGED() function.See below image :
