Partner opportunities are not being shown to the Partner User.

I have a requirement where Partner User of a Account,should be able to view all the opportunities tagged with the particular Account irrespective of whether Partner user is the owner of the Opportunity or not!

I have created sharing rule,filter criteria everything.

Even then it is not working as expected.
