matched leads

Question

What is the difference between the lightning matched leads component and the pardot matched leads component? My company is trying to get matched leads to show up on the account page within the related tab, but when I edit the page layout and add it as a related list, no leads are actually matched (see red icon) When I edit the lightning record page and add the matched leads component, then it appears to work (see blue icon). What is the difference between these, and is there a way to get my matched leads to show up in line with the other related lists?
