merging activities from an org to another separate org

Question

I have an Org that we need to migrate into another org and I need to migrate activiies that are attached to leads and opportunities. How do you migrate emails, events, calls and tasks so you have all the date properly dated and attached to the proper object and account?

I have migrated the meta data and I am assuming that activities are company data not meta data.

Is there a tool or do you do it thru data loader?

Data Loader is probably the most suitable tool for the job. You will want to enable Create Audit Fields ( https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000213290&type=1 ) on your target org, which will allow you to import records with their "Created Date" values from your source org.
