I really stuck for two days now - and after setting up the third playground to start from scratch I am still not successful :(
I am trying to solve this challenge here:

The error I get is the following:
What I am sure about:
- I named the permission set correctly "Trailhead" (the API name as well)
- I am using the correct playground
The identity verification history shows me that there are some successful logins with MFA:
According another post I later assigned the permission set to my admin user as well (also listed in the history above). I tried to validate the challenge before and afterwards - no success...

only this checkbox is checked - all the others are unchecked.
Trailhead is assigned to the two users which are shown in the history above.

Hope you are doing well.
I am from the Trailhead Help team. We tried checking this from our end in the backend and found that you have already completed the "User Authentication" Trailhead.
