I'm trying to use a Workflow automation rule based on an opportunity so that when a Lead is converted to an Opportunity, they automatically receive an email. I reviewed a ton of topics and conversations about this, and attempted the fixes, including using "Related Contact" in Recipient type, and then selecting ":Related Contact: Contact" as the recipient. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Might you be able to assist me with a process builde based on Opportunity Stage? We have an Opportunity Stage called "No Show" and when an Opportunity record is changed to that Stage, I would like to email them a follow up meeting to attempt to reschedule. Any thoughts?
