How can I add Tags to an Attachment?

When attaching files- Specific software files- How can I attribute tags to them which can be found doing search.

Example, there is a file that does on specific device, lets say MOXA, I want to add a tag to that file of MOXA so that way when I search MOXA all the files that have this tag are shown.
