Issue with Docusign integration due to url character limit?

Question

I've run into a wierd issue when trying to link up our Docusign account with SF (I'm admin on both). It appears that the field to enter the custom SF url has a character limit of 50?! Which means that any custom url can only be three character... which makes zero sense. For the record, our custom url is six characters.

According to the documentation, the custom url requires the endpoint "/services/Soap/u/39.0" Example: https://mycustomdomain.my.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/39.0

What am I missing?
