We need to set up a process to remind our clients that their support renewal is due and so we need the reminder email to go out to the Client (copying in other members of staff) 6 months before the renewal is due, 3 months before the renewal is due, one month before the renewal is due and on the date of the renewal is due until the client has provided a Purchase order
Also when the first reminder goes out, we want this to create a task in salesforce for the sales person
We have a field for the renewal start and end date on the contract object and these dates will drive the email notification.
Can anyone please help with how best to do this especially with the dates
