Hi Serena,   Create a  Custom Report Type  on  Report .     Now create a report on the same. Based on  Last Run  along with  Report Type column, you can find which reports are have not been run, i.e. put a filter that Last Run equals blank.     Hope this helps!   Best Regards,   Sourav.
