Email Address lookup to include Contacts not just Users

Question

I would like to add Contacts email address into CC line on the Send an Email button on an Object. However, the only option available to me is the 'All Co-workers in the Company' which is only the Users on Salesforce.

How am I able to put in the option to include Contacts in the CC Field?
