Hi All need help on LWC

Question

Hi all i have flow designed where multiple input fields are present & once the fields are filled then the signature has to be enabled(the signature is being called from other child component as mentioned in the image) but now there is an issue like even before filling fields the signautre is enabled, i want to disable it. My insignths are like to disable that function i need a JS method, can someone help me with that JS
