My organization uses Chatter for the Sales Team to communicate with the Admins for minor tasks within the system. There is a high volume of tasks each day and it's hard to keep track of what has been taken care of vs. what needs attention.

Currently the feed displays Most Recent Activity at the top (which is useful for when someone updates a thread, so we wouldn't want to sort by Most Recent Post). The way we tag a completed task is by simply replying "done". The problem with this is that when we reply, it bumps the post to the top of the feed. With such a large volume of posts each day, some posts fall through the cracks as they get bumped down on the feed.

My only solution idea right now is to 'bookmark' posts as they come in, sort for bookmarked posts in my personal feed, and 'unbookmark' as they are solved. This seems cumbersome- so I'm curious if there is an easier way.

Ideally, we could tag posts with #.solved and then exclude feed based on a tag/topic.

Does anyone have a ticketing system in place that would be as easy for the reps as commenting on a record, and would allow the admin team to sort resolved vs. unresolved?
