Is it possible to pre-populate fields from a related form? I don't want to use a formula, as I want users to have the ability to change the fields. I don't want to use a workflow rule, as I don't want the fields to populate on Save, as these are required fields. Other options?
Anything point and click?

When using actions, can I have it take me to the page before creating? Or does it just create and then I have to navigate to the record and open it up to edit?
