Remove "Save as New Email Template" option from Lightning for Outlook

Question

We will be releasing Lightning for Outlook to have more control over the email templates used by staff and we do not want them to be able to add new templates.  How can I either remove the Save as New Email Template option from the add-in?  If that can't be done, what restrictions can I put on their profile that will allow them to use lightning email templates but not create them?
