Add the value of a field on an other field on the same object?

How to append a field value on top of a given field on the same object

 

example:

 

Id value - 00000000000qw12

 

New formula field -  https://www.salesforce.com/"id value"

 

can you please help me in getting this solved?

    Please try the below formula field of type TEXT:

     

    HYPERLINK("/"&Id,Id )
