Approval Process doesn't work after Import Lines in CPQ

I have an approval process for CPQ quotes built in Process Builder that works well except when we Import Lines from a csv file. After Importing Lines, the approval process doesn't set field values as expected - specifically Watermark = True.  Any suggestions??

    can you check it is meeting process builder conditions while importng csv.

     

    in case , it is meeting all the criteria   by any chance  are you setting any parameter which will disregard all the process builder/trigger/class while importing data?
