Hi CPQ Billing Community:
I looking for a:
1. SF client live on CPQ Billing --preferrably with similar business scenarios
2. SF client live on CPQ Billing with Avatax (Avalara)
I'd like to find an actual live/production instance of CPQ Billing to know this isn't beta software and understand your implemenation.
Background:
6 months into CPQ implementation our integrator walked in the need for CPQ Billing + Conga for Invoices + hundreds of hours to implement VERSUS continuing custom dev on CPQ (for thousands of hours) as positioned during RFP with SF. 2 months later its FAIL.
Our business process is: consumer direct, billing is subscription based (monthly on anniversary of placement of your goods in storage) but also event triggered invocing based on the 'moves' of your container (home to our storage warehouse, warehouse to home, etc).

Hi Tiffany,
I had experience supporting the Avalara connector when Salesforce built and owned it. Sadly, that ended quite some time ago when Avalara took the integration over. As for the open issue, I've pulled together some resources internally to investigate this situation further. We will keep the case updated as we learn more.
