I have an external organisition who is set to do some customisation to our salesforce.
They have instructed me to create a sandbox which I beleive I have done:
How do I even set them up?
Help would be much apprechiated - I am sure it is simple.

In Sandbox you need not to give access to every user who is active in production.
Only the one who is developing something or testing something needs to be there.
So, you can free up licenses from those users by making them inactive.
