Hi Travis. Did you ever get an answer to this? We have a similar problem which I was hoping your solution might help with. In our case the issue is due to a custom lightning component that our users prefer to use to add invitees to meetings in salesforce. This correctly updates the whoId etc on the Event record & writes entries to EventRelation but the Event itself still appears in the Unresolved Items list. There doesn't seem to be anything on the Event or any other object that I've looked at which flags whether or not an event will appear on the Unresolved list. Any thoughts gratefully received.
