Can you provide more detailed information (like screenshots of what you're talking about)? Keep in mind that this is a Community of Salesforce customers (Users, Admins, Developers) we don't have any access to your company's Salesforce org or any of the custom Apps, Objects, Fields, or processes that you've built or installed on it. Otherwise you may want to reach out to someone within your organization who is familiar with it.
