Visualforce Page Access

Question

I feel like I should know the answer to this, but what does it mean if a profile doesn't even have a VIsualforce Page Access section?  I'm trying to set up ring central for a test pilot and the group I'm setting up to use it doesn't have this section in their profile, which is required in order to enable access.

When it comes to visualforce page security, I complete that from the Visualforce page  itself , not the profiles.   If you go to "Setup->Visualforce Pages", there should be a Security link beside the pages you can adjust.  Click that link and move the profiles over that need access.
