We are using delegated approvers for users that are OOO. I have the right setting on the approval process, the user OOO is set to "never receive emails", but the process is not triggering to the delegated approver, only to the actual approver (OOO).
What am I missing? Seemed to work for a bit, but now it broke....
Should the user OOO be set as such somewhere?
