Can Salesforce community users create dashboard within communities?

Question

I coundn't find a create button within salesforce partner community in regards to dashboards creation. neither can i find such system permission of creating/editing dashboard for partner community users. Are dashboard create/edit available in salesforce parnter community? Thank you!

Community User can not create dashboard they Have read only Permission for the dashboard.Below link has the permission for the community users.
