Our service resources record the start of a service appointment with a Start button and the end with a Stop button. When they touch the start button, the service appointment goes into an "In progress" state. I would like to limit the possibility of having multiple service appointments in the "In progress" state, prohibiting a Start, when the resource has not stopped the last appointment. How can I do?
Any help is appreciated.
