I have replaced our support site with **COMPANYSUPPORTSITE** However, when users click the global action, the link that is returned is not the link above but instead: COMPANYSUPPORTSITE/support/home - completely different URL. Wrong visualforce page in global action

Hi - I have a basic visualforce page embedded in a global action that allows users to access an external ticketing system (we don't use service cloud for this). However, for the last two months, more and more users have either seen the visualforce page not load inside the action, or are experiencing different results in the URL being returned. 

 

For reference, my visualforce page is; 

 

<apex:page > <script type="text/javascript"> window.location = 'COMPANYSUPPORTSITE/support/tickets/new'; </script> </apex:page>
