Add Chart on Account Record Detail

Question

I would like to show a chart on the Current Account Record, where it displays the number/type of Contact Records for the account being viewed.

I am assuming I need to put a filter on the chart to filter out by Account ID or something, but how do I tell it that I want to only show contacts where the account ID equals that of the current account ID?
