I have the existing report shared like so, to various roles and myself:
and Role Hierarchy set up like so:
How is this user able to see the Report if I have not included either the Data Read Only Role OR the User,DCISE Customer Engagement Division Roles & Subordinate?

ok now we're getting somewhere, so if I create the folder and then share to anyone, not necessarily this profile, it then becomes Public meaning that anyone with View Reports in Public Folders can then see it...
