I need to change the language example Chinese for few object and few fields in sales force? How i can achieve this?

MY salesforce ha sthe language as English but i need to change the language as chinese for few objects. So please suggest me for this?

In Translate i have change the language for one label like below

Now i assigned this spanish language to one User that is admin

But when i am opening the Object there is no language change.

Did i am missing any step or this is not the correct way ?

Please suggest asap.
