How do I pull the unique ID from a url into Pardot contact record?

Question

Customers will be calling a webpage from their product device (not their own mobile/or desktop device). Each device has its own couchbase ID. I need to pull the unique couchbase ID into Pardot when a form is submitted because we need to track activity from that device specifically.
