
Hi, i created a workflow rule on events (activity object) which should send a email to the customer when event is created or editet.
The rule works but it does not send out the email, if i put a adress in the field additional email it works
Maybe the problem is something like it does not know which email adress should be taken.
Do u have any ideas?

Edit workflow email alert action> In Recipients> choose Email field> Your custom email field
