Instrucitons for new Flow Builder

Question

I'm a SF greenhorn and trying to build a Flow for the first time. I went through the training of the old version of Flow but this is not the same. I'm trying to cleare a Upload File piece and my training is worthless becuase everything is different. Any resources anyone?
