Manage Amazon Marketplace messages from Service Cloud

Question

Looking for ways to manage Amazon Marketplace SLA for responding to messages using Service Cloud, by updating the message in Amazon Marketplace with "No Response Needed" or other options after responding in Service Cloud. There is a service that does this for Zendesk that doesn't work with Salesforce:

Hi David,

I wasn't able to find any resource here related to your concern. It looks like you would need custom coding or perhaps an app/integration. Have you tried checking for Amazon Apps from the Appexchange?
