I can't add an email to more than one contact in salesforce for outlook side panel . It tells me that if I want to add to secondcontactname, it will remove it from firstcontactname. Shouldn't i be able to attach the email message activity to multiple? I'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong, but can't figure out what. Any ideas ?Appreciate your help!

    I have a user that is having this same problem- gets the exact same error as Carmen describes above.  What is the fix for this?  I have other users using SFDC for Outlook sidepanel and none of them have this problem.  Is it a setting on the user level?
