Hi SF Community,
I am creating a process builder to automate my approval process (3 of them) where Once 1st approval process is completed, updates a checkbox and fires to start the next separate approval process without having the user hit the "Submit For Approval" button. I am struggling to have it fire off, can someone help with the screenshots below:

You probably thought of it before, but I am just curious. Why not use a multi step approval process? Each step can have it's own criteria so if a step does not apply it will be skipped.
