Upon intial setup, the Routing Name was setup with a name that's not customer facing friendly. Before updating the routing name to be customer friendly when selecting from send an email, I want to make sure making this change doesn't impact the current email to case setup.

    Nah, that wouldn't have any adverse effects. Feel free to make the change without worrying about any issues.
