I've setted up an lead alert:
with the standard contact matching rule. So I want to prevent uploading and creating leads that are already existing as a contact.
When I have a lead details with email address in my import file, everything works fine. I get an error.
But if I only have name and last name and company in the leads details, a new leads still gets created even though there is already the same contact existing (also only with name and company).
Why that? Also since the standard contact matching rules is only considering first, last name and company:

Hello, thanks for your answer but it's basically what I already know. the standard contact matching rule is only considering first and last name and company. So this matching rule doesn't need the email address in theory. If I miss the email address in real life it is not working properly and duplicate is not identified. Why?
