
We have Professional ED.
Our web developers set up some changes so every time a customer fills out our Service Request form on our website, it is generated as a new "case" in SF. I have made the settings so that Denis (our warranty man) is the default case owner and gets an email notification advising when there is a new case- which is perfect. What i can't figure out is how to make myself also get a notification so there is a secondary person involved as back-up. I'm sure I could do it with workflow rules however i don't hink that's available in Professional ED? Screenshot below of my current settings.

With pro edtion you get access to assignement rules. You can have the assignment rule be set a queue and you can have all the members of the queue get notified. Not sure it that messes up an other settings but that is a solution. Also like Sandeep said you could use the process builder now in pro.
