Community for each phase of the student life cycle

We would like to have different community functionality during following phases of our student life cycle.  Is it better to build three separate communities or use page variation based on profile.  If we build seperate communities will the student be able to use the same login information that they used from the initial community they were placed in during the admissions phase.  We want to make sure it is a seemless tranistion so the student feels they are in the same environment with different resources based on their status.

    I would suggest to create single community and provide access to pages based on Profile.

     

    You can form the student lifecycle based on current Status of student . It would also be better to provide 360 degree view of Student Data on Unified User Interface.

     

    Students can share common goals and collborate effectively within community.You can customize and brand communityto meet your needs, then transition your students seamlessly.

     

    Your management can major different KPIs using salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
