We are importing Case data from a legacy system. When I import the data into SFDC using audit fields the comments and emails are in the correct order. However they are not in the correct order on the feed view. I have gone round and round with salesforce support and they keep telling me there isn't a way to import into the feed view and put them in the correct order. I refuse to believe this is the case. So I am asking if anyone has imported legacy cases into SFDC how did you orginaze the Feed view so it was in order?
I am assuming when you said load the cases in order you mean load the case activities (Comments/Emails) in order. There would only be one case with many activities.
