Our direct team members have access to both the direct and partner community side.  On the direct side, people can select teh "All Company" option to see what's going on without having to follow everyone.  How can we have this option on the Partner Community side?  I understand we wouldn't want thee Partner Community users to have this option, but our Standard SF users want to see what's going on!

    You cannot.  The "All Company" is the Chatter filter for the 'internal' context, which is separate from your Community context. You could create an "All Community" Chatter Group that would offer similar functionality.
