Hello Success Community!

I got a good one for ya.

What I'm after: I need help putting together the process that will auto-calculate the total price of the Support product selected, it should be 30% of the subscription product total price (to allow for discounts).

Here are the details:

I want a sales rep to select the pricebook and the products they want.  They will be selecting one subscription product (Kong Only) and one support product (Premier Support Plan).

We offer 2 subscription products:

Kong Only - default sales price is 60k (discounting is allowed)

Kong Enterprise - default sales price is 60k (discounting is allowed)

We offer 2 support plan types:

Premier - 30% of subscription sku total price (in case rep discounts)

Standard - 30% of subscription sku total price (in case rep discounts)

For this example, see screenshot:

Right now, I'm attempting to use process builder to fill in the sales price for support, but its not working.

Need Help With Process Builder Criteria

Here's the process I tried:

On your last screenshot for the update. The formula is indicating your are trying update the Unit Price for "Kong Only" or "Kong Enterprise". However, the step right before you set the field value, you have the Products filtered to only run the update if the (and I can't see all of it, but I assume Opportunity Product Name) contains support. Since "Kong Only" and "Kong Enterprise" do not contain the word Support, the field update is not being processed.
