I want to broadcast a message to all the users in an account accross groups. I dont want to go in each group and then broadcast. The message is confidential to that account only. Is there a way to do it?

It is a Chatter group. Thanks for the reply. The link you sent is shows how to send private messages to particular people. But I want to broadcast a message to all the people in all the groups using chatter in my organization except Salesforce people etc. As this is a private message.
