How to update all records

Hi, Looking to select all company records and perform an update via a custom field value (calculates distance).  Current I have to increase record per view (200) and update which is Ok as i have to do it 5 times but I will start to get >1000's records

    Hi Jeff- distance is calculated using pythagorean theorem.  Each record has latitude and longitude.  The variable is where I am.  To enter the latitude and Longitude of where I am,  I have a custom button to enter this information in the company view
